Many years ago, while on an family RV trip across the country, ny mom instituted the Most Pleasant Award" Everyone in the family is elibilbe to win--and the concept is very simple but very effective: Be pleasant! At the end of the trip everyone votes on who was the "most pleasant". That person wins a prize---usually a predetermined amount of cash. We use it on EVERY family trip---even if it's just adults. On our last family ski trip there were about 15 adults. We each put in $5 so the winner got $75. You wouldn't believe how everyone went out of their way to be nice so they would win the award. This idea truly works---no one should go on vacation without it!"
